In her video, she discusses phrases that are detrimental in interviews—phrases many of us have used at some point—and suggests better alternatives.

One common phrase to avoid is "I am very perfectionistic." Andrea advises replacing this with, "I strive to deliver high-quality work, but I am learning to prioritize."

Another phrase that can hurt your interview potential is, "I don’t have enough experience." Instead, Andrea suggests a more constructive response: "I don’t have direct experience in that role, but I do have experience in [insert relevant skills or tasks]."

Moreover, when discussing salary, if you are offered a wage of five euros an hour, replying with, "That’s fine," could undermine your negotiation power. Instead, it’s better to respond with, "That is a salary range that should reflect my experience, skills, and market standards."

Lastly, when asked about a previous job termination, it's advisable to avoid saying, "I was fired, but it wasn't my fault." A better approach, Andrea points out, would be stating, "It was an opportunity for me to reflect and improve in key areas of the industry."
