Joe Biden's Farewell Address: Reflecting on Achievements and Concerns
On Wednesday evening in Italy, Joe Biden delivered what can be termed his farewell speech, marking his final address as the President of the United States ahead of the conclusion of his term on January 20. He emphasized, 'Only in America is anything possible,' highlighting how a stuttering child from humble beginnings in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and Claymont, Delaware, could ascend to the Oval Office as President of the United States.
