According to lawyer Carlos Aránguez, representation for Rivas, Arcuri's messages have been intimidating, and he has reportedly stated that he is currently in Spain. Notably, he threatened to intervene if he perceived any psychological abuse toward their youngest child during the upcoming holiday period.
The situation becomes more perplexing, as Rivas highlights that their youngest son traveled solo from Milan to spend Christmas with her, utilizing the airlines' unaccompanied minor service.
