Lebanon on the Brink: The Human Cost of Escalating Conflict
In the mountainous regions of Lebanon, the haunting glow of burning homes and vehicles attacked by Israeli bombers paints a grim picture of the ongoing violence. Hospitals are overwhelmed, struggling to treat the staggering number of casualties as Lebanese Health Minister Firass Abiad reported that Monday marked the deadliest day since the conclusion of the Lebanon War in 1990, with 558 killed and over 1,800 injured.
