To make this dish, you will need: - 200 g Le Gruyère AOP Réserve - 2 eggs - 3 dl breadcrumbs - Oil for frying - Fresh lingonberries: 150 g lingonberries and about 12 dl granulated sugar.

Instructions: 1. Prepare the fresh lingonberries by mixing them with sugar and letting them sit for a few hours until the sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally. 2. Cut the Le Gruyère AOP Réserve into slices about 5 mm thick. Lightly beat the eggs, then dip the cheese into the egg mixture followed by breadcrumbs. Repeat the dipping in egg and breadcrumbs for a crunchy coating. 3. Heat oil in a saucepan to 180°C. Fry the cheese until golden and then let it drain on paper towels. 4. Serve the fried cheese immediately alongside the prepared lingonberries and enjoy the delicious flavors.
