Testimony Postponed in Sexual Assault Case Against Former Sumar Deputy
The head of the 47th Court of Instruction in Madrid has postponed the testimony of actress Elisa Mouliaá, who has accused former Sumar deputy Íñigo Errejón of sexual assault. Sources from the Superior Court of Justice of Madrid report that Judge Adolfo Carretero has granted the request of Mouliaá's lawyer to reschedule her testimony for November 12 at 9:00 AM. On the same day, Errejón will also be questioned as the accused one hour later.
The incident reportedly took place in September 2021, when Mouliaá filed her complaint with the Family and Women's Attention Unit (UFAM) of the Police. The judge will review both statements before deciding whether additional proceedings are necessary to clarify the circumstances of the case.
