As the renovation progressed, it became apparent that the buildings required extensive drainage work along with updates to outdated water, sewage, and electrical systems. Riksbyggen adjusted the scope of work to include these vital repairs, providing BRF Svärdsklingan with a fixed price for the comprehensive renovation. The updated yard now encourages outdoor interaction, featuring lush greenery, flowerbeds, and safe play areas for children. New walkways and ample lighting create inviting passageways, while a covered grill area fosters a sense of community.
